Payment Terms

Payment terms are COD.
For pre-orders, 50% is required on order acceptance and 50% COD
Delivery fee is an additional cost for the buyer, which will be added to your order ( based on quantity), or you can arrange your own collection at your cost from Cape Town
Free shipping on bulk orders over the value of R50,000 within South Africa.
All first orders for new accounts are proforma, and the product is allocated on receipt of payment.
Discounts on bulk orders (100-500 units) of the same product are 5%, and 500+ is a 10% discount.

Minimum Order Terms

Minimum order of R3,000.00 per order
Initial orders have a minimum of two (2) units per SKU
Sleep sacks and sleep suits: Min order is 1 of each size per design ( First, all 3 sizes need to be purchased)
In all other product categories, there should be a minimum of 3 colour ways or designs per product and a minimum of 2 for each colour or design.

Returns & Other

Claims for missing or damaged goods are to be made within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Return stock will only be accepted with the prior agreement - please obtain a return authorisation number from MACCIE ( hello@maccie.co.za)
Any cancellations of orders must be made in writing within 30 days; otherwise liable for the order.
Reseller restriction: As a wholesaler, you are prohibited from reselling our products to third-party platforms, including but not limited to Takealot, Amazon, or other online marketplaces. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your wholesale account.
