Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your MACCIE purchase, you may return or exchange your goods within 21 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unopened and in saleable condition.

• Eligibility: We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased during Black Friday sales.

• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the arrangement and cost of returning the item(s).

• Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item, you can receive a refund (excluding the original shipping cost) or exchange it for another product from our website.

• Defective Products: If a product is found to have a defect that makes it unusable, we will replace it. In some cases, we may repair and return the item.

• Exceptions:

• Muslin & Bamboo Products: Minor pulls in the material are a natural characteristic of bamboo muslin and do not affect functionality. Each case will be assessed individually.

• BIBS Dummies: We cannot accept returns on opened BIBS dummies for hygiene reasons.

Product Warranty

• Hush + Glow Pod: This product has a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. However, the warranty will be void if the unit is opened or tampered with.
